Notable cases including the East West Link consent and designation appeals at High Court and Supreme Court level, long-running Environment Court proceedings on the Southland Water and Land Plan, the recent Te Waikoropupū Springs Water Conservation Order inquiry, and New Zealand King Salmon’s first open ocean salmon farm consents. She regularly advises on law reform, including the recent Fast-Track Approvals Act 2024 and changes to conservation law.
