Simon is a trial and appellate advocate with over 24 years’ experience. 

He specialises in contract and commercial, property and construction, administrative law, privacy, civil and criminal regulatory proceedings, fraud and financial crime, criminal proceeds, and extradition cases. 

He has appeared as counsel in the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, as well as arbitrations, Royal Commissions of Inquiry, and specialist tribunals including the Land Valuation Tribunal and Human Rights Review Tribunal.

He is based in Auckland and the Waikato.
